All our products are shipped directly to you. If you need specially shipping process, please email us. Uppna will response to your request in email within in 48 to 72 hours from order placed.

Uppna.com offers free shipping on your order over $250.00. Under $250.00, Uppna will charge a flat fee of $15.00 per each item.

Packages are returned of shipped with incorrect address provided by customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge requested by shipping carrier. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion.

Your privacy is important to us. The information you give to us is not given or sold to any outside party except shipping companies we use to send your items. The information is collected from shoppers for the order of process and payment only.

Payment Options

Uppna Inc. offers “Payment Tech” by Chase Bank for all your payment including international transactions. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card information through our secured server. Refer to Privacy and Security information above.

Customers are responsible for all taxes authorized by local jurisdictions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Uppna will accept returns and exchanges only under the following condition:
1) If you received damaged or defective items, we will gladly take back any unused item back for an exchange within 15 days of receiving your items.
2)If you would like to exchange the items within 30 days for different items (not different product lines), we will gladly exchange the item for different item if there is no cost difference (for example, you would like to get a different size of the same product, we will gladly exchange same for you. You will only be responsible for all shipping costs occurred).

All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA#) through email uppnainc@yahoo.com -
submit email requesting RA# using this email address. Returned items MUST be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation. Any returned items without original box (without any marks or damages) or missing parts will void RA#. customer is responsible for shipping cost first. After Uppna Inc. verifies the return authorization, the shipping cost will be refunded to you by mail.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalized with no exceptions.

We are unable to accept returns and/or exchange, if you would exchange the items for different product lines (for example, you would like to exchange a baby blanket with a development toy).

Uppnainc.com is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned items unless otherwise noted above. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Send a email with your name, order number and date and the item you are requesting a cancellation for to:
Uppnainc@yahoo.com. Cancellation must first obtain a cancellation authorization number (CA#) and we will issue a cancellation authorization number to you through email uppnainc@yahoo.com, further subject to the conditions described below.

Uppna will process customers' request to cancel an order only under the following conditions:
1) Must notify Uppna of cancellation within 3 days from the date of the original order. If you do not cancel the order in timely manner but before the order is shipped, you will be responsible for restocking fee. The restocking fee will vary depending on the date of cancellation.
2) If you cancel the order after order is shipped, customers will be responsible for 10 percent of the total amount of the orders as the cancellation fees plus shipping costs.
